NFT Sales Up 1.23%, Ethereum Dominates With 81% of Total

• Non-fungible token sales increased 1.23% last week, with Ethereum leading the way with 81% of total NFT settlements.
• Otherdeed and Doodles collections saw the most growth with 44%-58%.

NFT Sales Last Week

Non-fungible token (NFT) sales rose slightly last week, increasing 1.23% to $232.49 million in recorded sales. The top two NFT collections, Otherdeed and Doodles, saw growth of 44% to 58% compared to the previous week. Ethereum continues to dominate the NFT industry, accounting for more than 81% of total sales last week with $188.51 million in NFT sales. Additionally, 481,917 buyers participated in NFT sales and 1,390,784 transactions were processed over the course of seven days.

Most Popular Blockchain Networks

Of all 20 blockchain networks listed on cryptoslam.io that process NFTs, Ethereum had the most out of them all at 81%. Solana was second with $27.40 million in recorded sales followed by Immutable X at 37.85%, Cardano at 6%, Polygon at 4%, Flow at 3%, BNB Chain at 2%, and Arbitrum just under 1%. Fantom experienced the largest increase during this period with 73.81%.

Top Collections

The top collection for NFTs was Otherdeed which saw a 44% increase from its previous week reaching a final amount of $17 million followed by Doodles which grew 58% to reach a total amount sold of almost 14 million dollars worth of tokens this past week alone.. Mutant Ape Yacht Club (MAYC) came in third while Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) and Checks VV Edition rounded up fourth and fifth respectively as far as overall collections go during this period .

Highest Floor Values

Cryptopunks had the highest floor value on February 5th 2023 reaching 63 ethers per unit followed closely by BAYC whose floor value was around 63 ethers per unit as well but slightly lower than Cryptopunks’ .

Most Expensive Tokens Sold

The most expensive individual non-fungible tokens sold from the past seven days include Bored Ape Yacht Club #8483 selling twice within a span of two days first for $581 000 then again after one day later for 490 000 dollars while Cryptopunk #2311 also made an appearance selling for 511 000 dollars four days ago making it one of the biggest single purchases within these recent times .
